As you work through the Gateways, you may find that different ones appeal to you at different stages and they provide you with lots of option to focus on as you move through life.

Each of your 7 Energy Centres (Chakras) has an associated Deep Desire even if you don’t know about them or you’ve never explored the concept of desire or acknowledged your desires. If we want to operate at our best, we need to understand and work with these Deep Desires.

As you become more Holistically Intelligent, you open into the real “you” that has been hiding away. The real you is not the energy pattern of manipulation, or control, or pretence. The real you is not the complainer or the blamer. "They’" are not YOU - they're simply defensive patterns you developed because you needed to when you were younger. But now, they’re in the way of your aliveness. They block authenticity. They get in the way of access to your deeper realms of joy, of peace, of presence. But the good news is that you can work WITH THEM. So don't beat yourself up when a limiting pattern shows up. (Beating yourself up is yet another pattern, of the superego or inner critic) If you can see yourself through the lens of compassion and be curious about WHY this defence is there or HOW it got lodged in your psyche then, slowly, with infinite patience, you can begin to free yourself. You would do well to get some support from someone who ahs been through these type of shifts in awareness. Slowly, you start to be more authentic, especially with yourself. You begin to feel stronger, sensing more deeply into your true self, not needing the arguing or drama or justification so much anymore. You start to see that your defensive patterns were only there to protect a young child - but you’re not that child anymore.As you go deeper into the ground of yourself, all the deception and cleverness starts to fall away. Make sure you have solid support as you lay these new foundations, which are based in present time, not on past stories and patterns. The real you will slowly emerge as you move away from identification with the fearful defensive child that was easily triggered time and time again.This can be a tricky time when you may feel you need support or guidance, or both.
